All levels require hitting the target for 2 consecutive months
β’ Production months end on the last Thursday of each month
β’ For 5-week months, your best 4 weeks are counted
β’ Jumping comp levels is not permitted β one level at a time
β’ Must re-qualify 1 month out of every 6 to maintain level
β’ Producer: only personal production counts
β’ Builder: personal + hierarchy production counts
β’ Your biggest leg can only count for 50% of volume

* Any producer receiving a bonus must be in good standing with FFL. FFL reserves the right to garnish any lead debt, carrier debt, licensing fees, or any outstanding balance that was rolled to FFL from the personal production bonus. In 5-week months, volume is based on best 4-week production. The minimum bonus amount a producer can earn is $650.
